Our Guides

Get More from Your Coaching

Our guides can make the coaching process more efficient and more powerful.

With the guides helping keep the coaching properly structured, your coach will be able to focus fully on you and what you say.

Your coach will use the guide to capture your key insights and action commitments.

Your copy of the guide will help you apply your insights after the session is over.

How It Works

An easy way to make your coaching more powerful
  1. In your pre-coaching chat, you and your coach will decide together whether to use any guides, and if so which guides to use.
  2. Both you and your coach will have synchronised copies of any guides. But no one else will be able to see them.
  3. As you move from one phase of the coaching to the next, your coach will use the questions in the guide as reference points. This will help keep the coaching properly structured without your coach having to think about anything except you and the challenges you’re facing.
  4. At the end of every phase of the coaching, your coach will take notes to summarise what you’ve said. You’ll be able to see these notes and correct or expand on them.
  5. You’ll be able to read back over the notes after the session is over. Most people find this very useful.
